The representative, Alex, was prompt, maintained great telephone communication, provided an excellent assessment and plan for the foundation support! Alex showed us a video of the process which was very helpful. Then Alex came back a second time when a different contractor noticed a small settling issue in floor. I cannot say enough about the perfect customer service! Today Luke, Logan, and Flint promptly came in with beautiful, clean equipment and more excellent customer service! They started about 8 and were done about noon. They left the area better than it was when they arrived. The actual equipment and supports are impressive to see in person. It was a grand event! "Provider came out and checked for a leak.  He seemed very thorough in his detection and spent over two hours in and out of the pool looking for the leak.  He found one under the concrete in the pool deck about a foot away from the skimmer coming from the bottom drain.  My options were to plug up the bottom drain or break the concrete and fix the break in the line.  I really didn't want to seal off the main drain line and only run with the skimmer, and the technician assured me there was only the one break in the line.  I scheduled the repair for the following week and the technician was prompt and fixed the leak.  The problem was once he was done, he pressure tested the line and found a second break in the line underneath the pool that he missed the first time.  The technician was apologetic and I truly feel bad about writing a bad review, but I eventually had to seal the bottom drain anyway and wasted almost a thousand dollars fixing a leak I didn't need to.  Overall I liked the company very much, I just wish the outcome was different.
