The representative arrived and after reviewing my App for solar, he said everything seem to be working okay as per the solar system. He spent about 15-20 minutes at the house. The company sent me an invoice for $462. He did not even touch any part of the solar system. When I called the customer service, I am being told that that is their fee for someone coming out. Even if he/she doesn't do anything, that is what they charge. This is a pure ripoff. Be aware!"
