"My glass pipes had tar that was a nightmare to clean. Clean Pipes 4U made my glass look new again."

"Communicated timely. They were transparent, showed me the video and where my drains were clogged. I wasn't able to get all the drains flushed, but they met my immediate needs. Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them to do regular drain maintenance."

"The technician was very knowledgeable and new exactly what the problem was and was able to resolve the problem. Also was able to explain the age of my drain pipes and what I should avoid flushing down the line help keep the line clear from debris."

"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

"We unexpectedly had A/C that was no longer cooling. I emailed over the weekend and they called us and came out Monday morning. Our A/C unit needed to be replaced. We'd used Service One for maintenance for several years and knew their work was great. This service continued. The 2 men worked all day and into early evening to get the old unit out and the new unit in and new upgraded variable thermostat (I love it!). Alfredo didn't try to up-sell us into something we didn't need. The 2 guys that did the work were a great team working together to get it done. Completely cleaned up everything. They installed entire new drain line, outdoor and indoor unit. I nicknamed one the A/C STAR LORD! J.P was awesome too. thanks service one. We'll continue to send our business your way."

"Julio and a co worker took apart my air handler and cleaned all parts of mold and bacteria. They rebuilt the box that handles the return air and replaced pvc drain lines. A leak was detected and a third worker came to help with that issue. When all resolved, it was returned to working condition like new. It took all day but they were very professional."

"David is great!! We had an emergency at 5am and David was the first person to respond and immediately offered a morning appointment to look at the problem. Arrived on time and immediately addressed the problem. Fair and reasonable pricing and extremely polite and professional. I will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing work at my house. Thank you again Sir!!!"

"David was absolutely fabulous. He was on time and efficient. Completed both projects and left the areas clean. I have other projects that I will need done and won't hesitate to have him come back again!"

"It was great! Even the pipes under my house were clogged and they cleaned them. I was amazed at the debris that was in those pipes but I watched the entire procedure myself. Some of the gunk had been there since the previous owners. Now I no longer have to watch when a toilet is flushed because all of my pipes have been unclogged and are running much faster. I would absolutely recommend "A New Beginning Environmental". Ask for Nelson because he really knows the details of his profession."
