They did an excellent job and cleaned up 100%.

Hired them on Monday and they arrived on time and finished the painting by 11:00 am the next day. They have many workers so the job is finished quickly with expertise. They also cleaned up any mess left behind. I had exterior trim, shutters, sunroom, and carport painted. When they finished, the house looked new. I strongly recommend them. You could probably get another painter for a little less, but the quality of service outweighs the cost.

PERFECT! Don’t look elsewhere! the team at KAJ 1 is who you are looking for. We purchased a home that had not been taken care of well and after we removed the popcorn ceiling ourselves we had Bacilio, Angel and their team come to repair it and retexture the ceiling. They made such a great impact on us with their courteousness, professionalism and hard work we decided to hire them to paint the whole interior of the house and all the trim. We were not let down. They were on time and even a couple minutes early each day, they worked efficiently and cleaned up without a trace that they were there. They also covered all the windows and taped off any areas as they worked throughout the house, Fantastic. ¡qué chiva! This team works so hard and is so positive they really care about the customer. They helped replace some pieces of shoe molding, and went above and beyond with what they painted. They also do floors and we will definitely have them back!

Very professional, great job for a fair price

We found the company to be knowledgeable, expeditious, courteous, and prompt. In cleaning, sealing cracks, and making repairs, and painting our house. When they were finished it looked like new.

They were hired to paint and did an excellent job. No paint on anything other than where it should be and I didn't have to clean anything up. Definitely will hire again hopefully for other types of jobs.

KAJ 1 installed luxury vinyl plank throughout most of my home. Bacilio, who is personable and professional, is knowledgeable and skilled regarding floor installation. In fact, when he delivered the planks, he demonstrated to me numerous ways to install them to achieve a variety of patterns from which to choose, not just the one represented in the store display. I ended up choosing one of those, and am so pleased with the results. He is dependable, and always on time, and finished the job quickly with his crew. He even carried a large counter/shelving unit I had detached from the kitchen bar area into the garage, having heard me say thatâ s where I intended to move it once I had help. So thoughtful! The entire install looks great, including the quarter-round Bacilio picked up for me. This made it easy for me. KAJ 1 also paints and installs laminate countertops (my favorite). They do such wonderful and dependable work, and at reasonable rates, that II will be using them in the future for new countertops, additional LVP in my Florida room, and perhaps some painting projects.

This company is outstanding. We bought a home in ocala after selling our home in Naples Florida. I found the company through home adviser and got a quote from them for the interior and exterior painting of our new home. We were also in the market for new floors . They also done our flooring project. I can't rave enough about how professional and expedient they were. It was a real pleasure working with them. BTW they are going to do other projects we have. They are a one stop contractor.

Awesome people awesome job.

Bacilio arrive on time with two helpers and removed the existing carpet and installed 300 square feet of laminate flooring with thresholds and quarter round. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up the space prior to departing. Having been in commercial real estate for 40 years I have seen very few contractors that are as detail oriented and professional.
