"It was hard to get a hold of them because their voicemail is full and they don't get back to you in timely manner. His execution was not very good including getting rid of the carpet grass in the lawn and I thought he was kind of pricey."

He suggested a date & time (The next morning at 8:00 AM) so I scheduled the job with Big Oak Ranch.
