We had to have the WH connected to a drain line for the over-pressure valve. The tech was very knowledgeable and got it done in short order. Price was fair. I'm an elec. estimator by trade and had the price they quoted in mind. They were however, 73 cents high. LOL

I had a shower faucet that was very difficult to turn on, was very loose and almost ready to fall off. The tech replaced the faulty cartridge and now it's so easy to turn the shower on. I recommend Pro-Tec to anyone needing plumbing service.

Technician was friendly, professional,thorough, and clean. He walked me through each phase of work needed and to be done. He was efficent. He handled emergency service on Saturday....hot water tank leaking and promised to resolve issue with tank Monday am as tank was special order. He returned Monday am with tank and installation was handled without a problem. Wore his mask as well.

Lots of miscommunication. Company called and said driver was there but I was in my driveway and he was not there. Showed up later, got another call saying he was there again. Cost was high for a 10 minute job.

Removal of Instant Hot Water Recirculation Pump (still working after 10 years) and Install new model (to provide same function but with lower energy cost+ more future years of highest optimum performance). Pro-Tec gets the job accomplished perfectly, for me this is probably job #15

Erick D. from Pro-Tec did an outstanding job diagnosing our problem, removing the old toilet, and installing a new toilet that he had on hand. I am so impressed with this Pro-Tec Plumbing, which also threw in a 1 year household plumbing maintenance plan for free.

We have used Pro-Tec many times, including repiping our whole villa. They are always prompt and professional. This visit was to install our sinks in our newly renovated bathroom. Ryan came and did the job in less than an hour. Perfect. We highly recommend this company..and have referred several friends to them.
