Wyatt and Kenny were outstanding--punctual, professional, and full of good information as to how I can keep my dryer safe and functioning at its peak. They were efficient and left no mess. I will definitely use The Vent Doctor for annual vent cleanings, which are especially important considering how much dog fur makes it through the laundry cycles despite my efforts to stop it. :)

Wyatt arrived on time and got right to work. He helped us discover that part of our problem was kinks in the dryer vent tubing in back of the dryer. He changed it to a shorter one and went on the roof and everything blew out! When my husband looked at the accumulated lint in the old vent tube he was shocked. Wyatt said we were good to go for another year..all ready put it in my phone calendar to call him next year.

In the Townhouse we had our carpets cleaned by Vent-doctor, we explained that we had another company in, and we have a stain that didn't come out. The Vent-doctor not only got the stains out. But all area's looked great even days later, when you normally see stains start to resurface. Our tenants in the rental unit that have been there for 10 years said they never saw the carpets look so good. We are very happy customers, the service was great, the men they sent very professional and polite. We highly recommend the Vent-Doctor.

Wyatt showed up on time. He went on the roof and removed a screen from the dryer roof vent. When our home was built, the building code required a screen to be placed in the vent to prevent animals from nesting in the vent. Wyatt removed the screen, which was caked with lint and cleaned the vent from the bottom up to the roof with a rotating brush. My dryer works great now.

It went well. Did a good job of cleaning the vent and suggested we have our neighbors clean theirs as well because at the top they do start to share a vent. I felt it was a little expensive ($120) as they offerd a cheper price on Angie's List but that was only for first floor units. While we live on the first floor, our vent goes up and out of the second floor and they had to go up on the roof which is why the price was higher. I found this an acceptable rationale.
