After many years in the cleaning industry we have found our methods to be the cleanest, healthiest and the quickest drying way to clean. We also guarantee our work! We use Green Seal Certified and biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, pets and the environment. We do both low-moisture steam cleaning as well as dry cleaning method, so that your carpet, leather, tile, upholstery and wood is dry in 1-2 hours. We do not use any soaps or surfactants, so there is no residue left behind. We clean your carpet 3 times at every service. * First, we do a dry soil removal process. * Secondly, we use a low moisture steam cleaning method. * Thirdly, we use an absorption cleaning method, which not only cleans the carpet again, but it also helps it to dry in 1-2 hours. We've been in the beautification business since 1987. We treat every project like it is our personal home. We are a family-owned small business, licensed and insured. We carry the specialty contractor license required by the State of Florida to work on pool decks. There's No Substitute For Experience!

"***POOR QUALITY & NO FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROMISE*** I spent $6,000 on May 1st 2022 to have my lanai room concrete floor resurfaced by "The Resurfacing Company" and wish I hadn't. I had 3 quotes from 3 companies $1,800, $2,400, and $6,000. Rodd the owner sold me on his decades of experience given I was about to spend approximately 3 times what the other companies quoted. The job was completed on 5/1/22. At the time, Rodd said to me that he wanted to add another coat of sealer to the floor because the original one he applied wasn't enough and that he would do it in the fall of 2022 when it's cooler. I didn't like that but took him for his word because he's charismatic. By 5/21/22 there were numerous spots where the sealer/coating were rubbing off. I put a pair of rubber soled boots on the floor and within 24 hours there were numerous spots where it pulled the sealer and coating right off and we now have white spots. Furthermore, I got a new grill in March 2023 and the rubber wheels easily create numerous spots on the floor and it looks super bad. On top of that, there is a crack that is approximately 8 inches long that has appeared which isn't supposed to happen. We have been so stressed with the floor, and we take every single precaution to ensure no further damage is done. We put skid pads on all the furniture, we never power wash, but that doesn't matter due to the poor quality of the work. It's clear that Rodd's instinct was correct that it needed another coat of sealer. I've been contacting him ever since October 2022 via many texts, and he gives every excuse in the book on why he won't follow through on his word to add the extra coat of sealer or repair the damaged spots. The favorite excuse he uses is he has a "commercial job" that he's been working on for several months. I don't expect perfection, but for $6,000 I do expect the floor to hold up as promised. I expect a company to keep their word. Sadly, this company doesn't do that."
