Jacob Gray was able to replace wood flooring in both sides of a duplex rental with Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP). His price was highly competitive but it was the service his company provided that impressed us the most. Jacob’s crew made quick work of removing the old flooring and installing the new before the new tenants arrived. He cleaned up and left the apartments ready to move in. I would not hesitate to recommend and use Gray’s Flooring for all my future needs. The photo provided was taken mid-project.
