"I am sorry you viewed your experience so negatively with us. It is always our mission to make our customers feel like they have received more than they had expected. As evidence and as mentioned in your review, you had called us “due to all of the positive reviews”. After our service, we returned on 5 separate occasions. There are very few companies that would go to such lengths. The product called Color Seal that was installed on your grout had left you with the white, fresh look you had desired. Our sealant is designed to keep dirt from penetrating your grout to prevent staining. No sealant can prevent dirt from building up on top of it. However, it does make such accumulations much easier to remove yielding you the clean look you desired. On each of our visits we were able to clean your grout back to the color we had installed and explained that dirt was accumulating on the sealant and not being properly removed. We agree that you have a busy household. We observed you having more than one dog and young children. In such a household, floors will tend to get dirty faster and it is imperative to follow the directions we provided for you to maintain your floor. What you are claiming is like someone owning a new car and complaining the paint does not look good when the car is not washed properly. I believe anyone reading this would agree that a refund is an unfair request when you were given the service you were promised with an excellent result. We maintain several photos like you have of what the floors looked like before and after we cleaned them each time. I realize that you would now like to replace your floors but, asking for a refund so you can do that is unfair. We are also aware of your military status and we did give you a significant discount because of it. Our offer to perform periodic maintenances for you still stands. We would not offer this if we were not certain that your issue is nothing more than surface accumulations. We really hope one day you will be as happy as our other customers."
