He was courteous, professional, and flexible with my scheduling needs, and my wife was complimentary about his crew, which was a bonus. We have had work crews at times in the past who were loud or who used "colorful" language, but she said that they were cheerful and respectful, and not disruptive. "After taking measurements, Matt submitted a detailed site plan and estimate. Impressed with his friendly and professional manner, we hired them to grind a tree stump in the front yard and grade the area before installing the pavers for the sidewalk and new patio. The work was meticulously completed on time and as promised. Upon completion and final inspection, Matt noticed a very slight imperfection in a small section (I didn't even notice until he pointed it out) and had his crew come back to correct it, which they cheerfully did.
