We have had work crews at times in the past who were loud or who used "colorful" language, but she said that they were cheerful and respectful, and not disruptive. Firstly he was on time on appointment day (Despite bad weather), he took all windows measurements himself and was not suggestive selling at all. Our windows were shipped within 4 weeks (ahead of promised date), got a call from John and had an appointment set. Roger and his crewmen (Windows Installer) was on time, very importantly Roger himself and his team are highly professional, courteous and friendly. Roger stayed extra hours and called additional men to help get the installation done in one day. After installation, they made sure no screw/nails are left in my yard/driveway (clean project).
