"I called LRE because I heard that they were now installing and sealing pavers and I have had good experiences with them in the past. They came out right away to look at a bad paving and sealing job done by another company. They were up front in letting me know what could and could not be done. The guys came out as scheduled and we're very friendly, clean and professional. They did an excellent job and made the pavers look better than they did brand new. "I met one of the owners, Gretchen, at a local home show. I was hesitant to start this job because I was in the middle of another paver project with another company, Outdoor Impressions of Riverview. I told Gretchen about what I was going through with them and she assured me I would not have any of issues I had with them. I was getting a 27' patio installed at the time and was on my 17th day of a 3 day project so I was very scared to start any new work. I could tell immediately that this would be better. While I trashed the other company to her, she never spoke bad of them and just told me about what she could do for me. I was very frustrated when I met her and she was able to keep me on track and sell her product. She was both knowledgeable and professional from the beginning.
I scheduled a meeting with her and she came out on time with samples, ideas, and provided websites for more product selection. I had a good feeling about her company and decided to dive into another project. Gretchen, her husband, and their team did not disappoint. They came when they said they would, kept me informed, and completed the project in a timely manner. They kept my property clean and did quality work. I could not be happier with their professionalism, pricing, and just their overall attitude. Both Gretchen and her husband stopped by frequently to check up on their team and promptly finished the job. It is now 3 weeks after completion and I received another call from them checking up on how things were going. What a difference between them and Outdoor Impressions! I would rate Deco Pavers an A++ and highly recommend to anyone thinking about a patio, sidewalk, pool area, or driveway. I have received dozens of compliments from my neighbors!!
