They showed up as promised, cleaned up at the end of the day were very conscientious of my neighbors when there was a work related issue they addressed my concerns and most importantly made it right I would not hesitate to hire them in the future

Tri-County is the best, hands down. Jeff has the patience of a saint (dealing with me!) and I could not be happier with the results. Jeff and his guys were here when they said they would be, cleaned up every day before they left, and were just as nice as could be (a real plus with me)! I would highly recommend them.

Tri-County ws the first to respond and the owner himself came to my house to see what I needed. I was unhappy with the previous contractor the year before and it looked a mess after one year! Jeff was great at suggesting plants that would be better suited. After he left, I googled each plant and many of them were not what I was looking for. I found the plants I liked, drought tolerant and more in the xeriscaping line. He brought out a trailer full of the kind of plants I sent him. They were perfect. The day after Labor Day, he and his crew showed up on time and immediately began removing the other pants I disliked. They were efficient, wasted no time, kept the area clean and worked around my landscape lighting. The coolest thing was that he took the new pants and placed them in the landscape so I could see what they look liked before they were in the ground. I did have him remove a few plants and rearrange a couple others to my liking. By the end of the first day, old plants were out and new plants were in! The next morning they were there early to add additional white rocks to make the landscape POP! I love their work, how careful they were and the end result! I'd hire them again in a minute! Tri County Landscaping provided prompt and quality service. We needed to refresh our property with new and fresh plants and especially, advice. We really appreciate the personal customer service. Our property now looks healthy and happy. We plan to have Tri County come back periodically to maintain our landscape.

The owner was very focused on the job and making sure we were satisfied. He and his crew were very friendly and professional. Their major job was to a remove a huge (20') plant in front of the house bed sitting over lots of water pipes and replace it with a small roebelenii palm. They did a perfect job and restored the bed looking like new. Highly recommended for landscaping advice and work.

This vender did not complete job (included grading of lot which he did not do so now there is a hill where old & new sod meet) per his own written invoice which included description of items to be performed & price. Throughout the 2 days he was on my property I continually had to supervise & instruct the owner who had advertised through Home Advisor that he knew how to do landscaping. He would not follow the instructions we agreed upon during the original meeting & upon the 1st day of starting the job, & worst of all he assured me no damage would come to my existing yard during the landscape project. His poor judgement & unprofessionalism during the use of his equipment caused severe damage to the existing sod in my back & side yards which he refused to repair. Instead he asked for more money to buy more sod & stated if I wanted the sod job repaired with a sod cutter I would have to pay an additional $50 an hour to fix the problem. This was truly the worst experience I've ever had with a hired vendor due to the amount of damage done to the yard. It will take many more hours of work & much money to get the yard back to its original state.

I thought that the price was on the high side. The plants were high quality and really made my back yard attractive. Jeff added topsoil which was mostly sand. I expected it to be mostly dirt. Jeff was easy to work with and a gentleman.

Jeff was the best ever to work with, completely understood the look I liked. The plants from his nursery were top quality. He came back and adjusted sprinklers after the cable company install underground cable and messed up our system. It effected everyone in the community but I think he was the only service to come and fix it No cost. Simply the greatest I have ever worked with.
