"I am guessing if there is no issues KB factory is okay place to use. There prices are good and they have a decent selection of materials. Only problem is if you run into any issues there customer services is lacking. I was shown a piece of quartz they said they had in stock. They told me 2 weeks from the day I put my deposit down until install. When week 3 came around and they didn't try to contact me with a status. I had to call them and there phone would go right to voicemail. Then I would get a text back saying they are on the phone and to please call some other number. I would call that number and it would go to voicemail. I would get a text back saying we are still waiting for material or some other excuse. It took almost 5 weeks to get it installed and if I didn't drive down to there office to solve a issue that could have been solved over the phone it would have taken even longer. Even after they installed it they cut a piece wrong and said they would be back to put the correct piece in. The installers left and did not give me any information. I heard nothing back the next day and then had to TEXT 2 people at KB to find out. Then on the second day with no response they said they might be able to get someone out in a few days. They could not give me a solid date, I had to drive back to there location and pick up the piece myself and install it. This place is poorly ran and should understand good communication goes a long a way. There are many granite/quartz installers in Tampa. I suggest you look somewhere else cause their prices are not THAT good to deal with the headache."

"Beautifully. I needed a material that termites would not attack (as they had gotten into our previous wooden cabinet). These cabinets are indestructible and look like an indoor expensive cabinet. I'd shopped the big box stores looking at their outdoor materials and those do NOT compare in professional finish, etc. While these cabinets are more expensive compared to regular cabinets or the cheap nearly unfinished big box store ones, these will last a lifetime. Our lanai is compete and now more user friendly! Love the look. Everything was as quoted and Bill went over the top to make certain we were satisfied with each item."
