"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. "I called Broome Property Enterprises within days after purchasing a home in the area. I have been in here less than two months in my kitchen and laundry room are completely remodeled. Within days, I got an excellent quote and the job was started promptly after I picked my cabinets. The price included everything but appliances and backsplash materials. The cabinets are top-notch, full wood product, no particleboard. And quartz countertops were included in my estimate. The demolition was knocked out quickly and by day three they started with the cabinet install. They cleaned the floors after every day‘s work, not only sweeping, but also Swiffered the floors. All of the workers were friendly and polite. It is now just 13 work days and the entire kitchen & laundry are finished and it is absolutely beautiful.
