After I chose the granite I wanted installed, they came to my house and measured the countertops.  Then they performed the installation in one day.  And, they removed the old countertops and sink and disposed of them.  They cleaned the new granite and my kitchen counters looked amazing.  

From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences we have had with any provider. Shelley greeted us warmly when we visited Ormond Granite and Marble, Inc. the first time. She asked us key questions and was incredibly patient as we sought to choose the pattern that would go best with our kitchen. She gave us several samples to take home and match up against our existing backsplash. We confirmed our order, paid 50% of the cost, and about 2+ weeks later Brian arrived to make a template of our kitchen. About 2 weeks later, Brian and several men arrived to install the granite counter tops. I can't speak highly enough of Brian and Shelley and everyone at Ormond Granite and Marble, Inc. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and go the extra mile in providing incredible customer service. The counter directly behind our sink was covered with backsplash and we had originally thought we would be able to keep that. But in dismantling the counter tops, it was discovered that the entire counter directly behind the sink was one whole piece that meant that all the backsplash covering it would have to be removed. There was no other way around it. Brian came up with a great idea for covering that area with granite. Not only was it a great decision, the cut of the granite they placed there made everything look so much better than what we had originally thought, and this was included in the original cost. Our entire kitchen was upgraded considerably and we can't speak highly enough of Ormond Granite and Marble, Inc. We are definitely going to talk them up to all of our friends. They are absolutely the best!

Brian, Jason and Shelly were all a pleasure to work with, with exceptional customer service, promptness, speed, care, attention to detail, and courtesy.  I had visited another provider as suggested by my cabinet contractor, and was completely disappointed.  Working with Ormond Granite was so pleasant and easy!  
On my first visit to the showroom, I met with Shelly, provided drawings and estimates of our counter top requirements, and discussed the color of Cambria quartz, using samples of paint, cabinet, back splash and flooring.  She immediately gave me an estimate, and drew up a contract.  She took time with me to explain how the process worked, explained the different edges provided on the quartz, and took care to see if we could use only 1 slab of quartz (save me money and reduce seams).  We discussed dates and she penciled me in for a measurement based on the dates on provided.  She was thorough, patient, and concerned. We communicated many times by phone and email - every time she was extremely responsive.   When my Cambria arrived at the shop, she invited me to come look at it and I did!  It was gorgeous.  Even better, for my small kitchen project, she was able to get my installation scheduled only a week after measurement when I had planned for at least 10 business days.
Brian, the new owner, came to the house to take measurements and create the templates for the counter tops.  He listened to my requirements and took patience to understand my requirements and concerns. He returned with Jason and crew for the installation, which went flawlessly.  They made necessary adjustments and took care to ensure that pieces fit perfectly.  They were prompt and quick. I was concerned about new cabinets getting scratched, but there was no need.  They were able to cut and L- shaped section out of one piece of quartz with no seams, and they wheeled it in with great care, never touching a single door or cabinet, even when it was lifted into position. We also had a unique cut of only 1/2 an inch around and end-cap  display case, which turned out perfectly. My cabinet contractor was impressed.  In fact after the installation, he was completely wowed when he walked into the kitchen.
We had a 3ft square section of quartz left over, and requested that it be saved as I thought I might it use it for something else.  So after the counters were installed, it turns out that we changed our range to a slide-in at the last minute, so Ormond Granite cut and installed the piece of counter top that goes between the stove top and wall for us, in addition to creating a table top 20 x 20 inch.  Adding this on after the counter top installation was so easy and fast.  
Ormond Granite was so nice to work with - I just can't recommend them highly enough.

Used these guys before. Everything went perfect. They are very good at fabricating and installing granite counters.
Definitely plan on using them again. Would highly recommend them if you want granite counters.

The service was excellent from start to finish.  Everyone was professional and friendly.  Communications were great and appointments were kept and punctual.  The end product looks and fits great. Granite counter tops can be a big investment and these are folks you can trust with your money. We ended up there because of the Angie's list write ups and if you are considering counter you should too.

I have not completed the job yet, however, will keep Angie informed.

The entire experience went very well. We were very happy with the results.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT.  FROM START TO FINISH I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM.  THE GAVE US A GOOD PRICE AND THE CRAFTSMANSHIP AND INSTALLATION WERE GREAT.  CORY WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THIS PROJECT.  I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THEM BACK FOR MY NEXT PROJECT.

We would definitely use this family-owned business again. Linda was extremely helpful to us in the selection process, and Cory did an excellent job crafting and installing.  We're very pleased with the result.

EXCELLENT!! I wish every craftsman in the Daytona Beach area was this skilled, prompt, and professional.  They came out for a quote within 24 hours and I had a written quote shortly after the visit.  They recommended that I have my existing stairs removed prior to having the travertine slabs installed.  A competitor had recommended we install slabs on top of the old steps, which would have resulted in uneven steps at each flight which is dangerous and against building codes. Corey's honesty was refreshing, his pricing competitive, and the quality of his work was excellent.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do they did an excellent job! They were just great.

They showed immediately. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They came in exactly at the same cost they said they would do it at. They were good.

I think I just awswered this above-they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Overall, highly recommend. Turnaround time was quite quick, we were involved in the process, and they did not rip us off on the price of sinks and extras. Quite satisfied.
