They're really really good.

My rating is a zero. So bad I had to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They failed to respond to BBB so the BBB recommended I contact a lawyer and take legal action. They really did a great job. They were very courteous, did great work, and had reasonable prices.

Terry's plumbing comes right out to any issue I have in an extraordinary short time. They're always on call and ready to act whenever you have a problem at hand. I've always received great service from Terry's and you can't beat the price! Best in Flagler county!

Went very well. He introduced himself, analyzed the problem. And fixed it.

Derrick did an excellent job.  He is a pleasant very skilled professional plumber and explain things as he went along.  I would hire him again in a minute.  Terry the owner can over several times, he give me an estimate and looked over what had to be done.
They will be my plumber in the future.

It was excellent and I would call him again. They seem very honest and did a very good job.

.I called on Tues and was very happy he was able to come Thurs. He cleaned out pipes under sink which has some slush in it from buildup now all cleaned and very happy....My 2nd time using Terry's Plumbing and very happy both times with service, punctuality , friendliness & price.. I would definitely recommend......

I called Terry's on Dec 1, they came the next morning and took care of the problem.

They scheduled me in within a day and arrived promptly on time. They were in and out within an hour.
We have used Terry's Plumbing for several other problems including replacing a water heater, toilets, shower head and faucets in bathrooms. They are very efficient and their prices are reasonable. I will not use anyone else.

Derrick was very thorough and detailed in checking for the leak after making sure the water meter was moving or not. He found the leak in what ended up being a most likely possibility that he thought I had eliminated. The leak was the responsibility of another man who had replaced the faucets for me and that man came immediately and fixed the problem.
Terry's plumbing was on the spot, fair and thorough both on the phone and in person. I would definitely call them again.

I needed a toilet that was 18and quot; high or higher. Terry was able to locate one and arrange to have it installed. The normal toilet is now 16 1/2and quot;, the older one we had was lower.

His work was very clean. He did a great job! Highly recommend!

Terry spent his time, energy and gas to give me peace of mind and did not charge. I'm no longer scared to call a plumber, as long as I'm calling Terry's.

Excellent service. Terry sent a service person when he said he would and the job was well done. I will use them again. Fast and friendly service.
