"From start to finish it was a smooth process! I called on a Sunday, Derrick and his guys were at my house Monday morning. I didn't have to ask any questions because Derrick and David read my mind. I'm single so I was really afraid to even inquire but Derrick assured me he would hold my hand thru it all and he did just that!! I didn't have to be bothered with going from store to store, matching up tiles and paint. Derrick did it all and got that I'm thankful. They were at my house when they said they would be. There were two rain days that delayed us just a bit. The guys cleaned up after themselves and everything. I honestly didn't have to pick up anything after they left each day.
