"The grout color sealing job did not last two months. The grout stains are returning and continuing to worsen over time. I paid $700 for this job. I called to file a warranty claim and their response was they will come out when they in the area which apparently is not very often. How interesting as they were out the next day for the initial job. Why should customers have to wait months to get the problem remedied? Constant calls result in we will get to you. Stay away from this company!"

Our price is determined by the job. We have no travel charges and no charge for after-hours service. We do accept credit cards. The charm of our old Key West Style cottage was the original flooring and we searched high and low to find a great guy, old school type repair service that is very hard to find. Most companies only want to replace not repair. Eddie was a God Sent for us. Fair price considering the extent of the damage. The floors actually came out even better than before. Great communication, finished ahead of time. Eddie is an all time pro person and business owner who takes great pride in his workmanship.
