"Overall good experience. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five was due to some of the furniture requiring reassembly due to the movers assembling some items incorrectly. Though we were pleasantly surprised by the four man moving team rather than the 3 man we originally planned for, would ask that all members on site are working as there was only one member who consistently took breaks while the other members worked. Was told that all furniture would be disassembled however this was not the case. Would ask that there be more consistency from what the management office promises will be done and what the mover team does."

This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. "I initially spoke to a person from the company that said it would be $155 an hour. I paid a $100 deposit to secure the move date. Henrick from the company, asked what time would be good to start, I said noon.. I needed time to get a storage unit, organize, etc.. The movers show up around 8:30 am. I was bothered that they were there so early and rushed to get lease signed, storage unit etc.. I was not able to get the storage unit in time and furniture from a 3 bedroom house is now in my 1 bedroom apartment, If he would have shown up at the correct time I would have had time to get a storage unit that most of the furniture was going to. Henrick calls and ask for payment and I believe he asks for $1,000 (I already paid $100)... I let him know I couldn't pay right then and didn't know why it was so much for just over a 4 hour move. I make it to the apartment and realize they broke a TV. I spoke to Henrick and told him I would pay what the hourly rate was that I was quoted minus an amount for the TV, I was willing to pay I $550 which would mean the job was around $650 because I already paid the $100. Henrick said he will take me to court. I get served paperwork showing that the company is suing me for $1,064.80 which means he was trying to get a total of $1,164.80 which breaks down to $280.67 an hour. I have used other movers and no problems at all. The person I initially spoke to told me a price and then Henrick demands a completely different rate and is very demanding and rude, even when I was trying to pay the amount it should have been and deduction for the tv they broke. Very ridiculous that this is in court which I will fight all the way to the end and I have to pay about $300 for the countersuit."

He broke my washer, 2 tv's and my entire desk. ONLY thing i asked them to replace was a desk. Its been 4 months and theres been nothing but dodged calls and texts, no accountability and no ethic. Luis Turcios is a scumbag of a owner, and just a bad person to business with unfortunately. I dont trust him, and i'd advise no one trust him with their belongings. So much for being a man of faith"
