The estimator arrived on time for the initial appointment and provided a written estimate of the scope of the work. The price was the most cost effective of all that I obtained. Once the contract was signed, the job was promptly scheduled. Installers showed up on schedule and completed the work within a few hours. During the first subsequent rain, I noticed that one downspout elbow was leaking. The estimator responded promptly to my call, identified the leak, and inspected the other downspouts for potential problems. Within 2 weeks of my call reporting the problem, he also returned to replace the damaged elbow and brought out two splash blocks which I had determined were needed.
