I've been using B Cool for probably 20 years. They show up, do the work and are very professional. They offer a "check up" service every year which is great as it lets you know how things are holding up. I always recommend them.

Recommend by a friend who's used them many x. Great experience from start to finish! Def. plan to use again. Overall communication flow, quality of work & rate were spot on. Office staff were all very professional with prompt response time. They sent my HOA all the necessary paper work asap (everything just ~24 hours!). The technician Dave was very transparent, ethical, personable & highly competent. Went above & beyond. Needed the drain line unclogged (all primary work was inside my apartment). Completed then monitored everything for ~30 min. During that time, he went up to main a/c unit on the roof. Checked on the overall status/condition without me even requesting which I appreciated. Gave me even more peace of mind!

On time, quality A/C service company. The knowledgeable technician (Adam) was there for the annual preventive service. He explained everything he did and recommended using a higher quality AC filter to keep additional dust off of the blower. No products or services were pushed. They want to keep me as a lifetime customer, which I plan to be.

B Cool was referred to me and I am so very happy they were! I just had a brand-new air conditioning installed at my townhome in South FL and I could not be happier. The staff was incredible, from their office staff to their awesome experienced technician’s Hunter & Mason. They were very nice, on time, clean and very professional. I felt that they actually cared about the service they delivered, and I wish that was the standard for all businesses these days... I was concerned that my AC was damaged during a bad storm. I called B Cool Sunday morning and I received a call back within 5 minutes. Thermostat showed the wrong temperature and AC would not shut off. Dave arrived within the 2 hour time frame provided and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced my Ecobee thermostat (which I had purchased at Home Depot) and system now works great.

It went exactly as planned.. I was given a 2-hour arrival time window. The technician (Eric) called me an hour before stating that he could come earlier if I prefer this. Between he and one other tech, they have serviced my system for the past 4 years, after B Cool installed it. Eric remembered where all the equipment was and took care of everything efficiently. He wore gloves and mask for COVID safety too. They are priced fairly too.

It always goes well! The tech always show up on time, he is friendly, neat, and he explains everything he does. We have been using B Cool for about 10 years... We trust them completely and wouldn't use anyone else! Highly recommend!

Fabulous. I have been using B Cool for years. I've purchased two complete A/C units from the them over the decades. They are honest and knowledgeable.They are always prompt, courteous and nice. All the service people are reliable. I love this company. I wish all companies worked liked theirs does.

This is the second time I have used B Cool to service my air conditioner. Same air conditioner, but different problem. Because I had used them once before and was very happy, they were my first phone call. Once again the service was awesome. They were able to provide me with service the same day. Luckily, the problem was minor and the technician was able to diagnose and repair it in no time. Their prices are fair and reasonable, they have great service and great customer support. Unfortunately, I will be needing a new air conditioner within the year. I already know B Cool will be my ‘go to’ when it’s time to replace it.

"Sorry for any misunderstanding. Our service call is valid for 30 days. Also most repairs of units no longer within the manufacturer warranty, have a 90 day labor warranty on the actual repair, not the entire system. The most recent time we came out to your property was on 10/22/2019 because the unit was not cooling. You called today for service because the heater was not working. Since this is a completely different issue we advised you of our standard $75.00 service call to diagnose which, as always, goes towards the repair. During the conversation you confirmed that your unit is still cooling properly, meaning the repair we did on 10/22/2019 is not the issue. As we tried to explain that repair which was related to the cooling of the system has no bearing on the issue of the heater not working today. Sorry again for any misunderstanding but we cannot fix issues before they arise."

They were excellent. They explained the process to us. They signed us up for a card that doesn't charge interest which is wonderful. They cleaned everything up. The price was very competitive and they set up all the payments.

The staff at B Cool was very polite and professional with very honest and upfront pricing. They were able to fit me into their very busy schedule (August in South Florida) to get my a/c back up and running. The technicians did an excellent job installing and hooking everything up and then giving me a rundown of how everything worked and needed maintained. Top notch company, I highly recommend.
