"Initially, everything went very well. The initial inquiry call was handled well and they were very accommodating in getting us on the schedule for an inspection and estimate. The did well to call on the day of the inspection and give us a window on when they would come out. From a service delivery standpoint, I would recommend the company. Their estimate, however, was more than double the other quotes we received and what customarily would be the cost for this project. Their quote was about $25 per square foot, when the cost should be in the neighborhood of $7 - $10 per square foot. I have no problem paying a premium for good quality and workmanship, but this was a little extreme, so we decided to go with a different contractor.show more

"Sliding doors. The sliders out to our lanai are used probably 50 times a day and they are the original doors (1995) - the rollers & track were worn out!! We had Complete Sliding Doors & Windows (844-526-6753) come out this morning (Cory Cameron was the technician). He was very courteous and on time. He called 1/2 hour prior to arriving, he replaced the rollers & track with heavy duty stainless steel parts and was gone within 1/2 hour!!! I highly recommend this service - now we have doors that slide easily and are quiet and a 3 year warranty!! JUST LIKE NEW!!!show more

"All I can say, Donnie is fantastic. He is meticulous and skilled in his craft. He is personable and cares that his clients get the best deal. His price is reasonable, probably lower than it should be for the quality of work that he gives. He told me what was needed and not needed which most companies would not do. He saved me hundreds of dollars by informing me that certain windows need not to be tinted as the sun is not an issue.
