"We hired American Pavers to replace the flower bed around our pool area with pavers. Junior and his helper were very professional, knowledgeable, extremely polite and did an excellent job. Hiago, the owner, was quick with the estimate, professional, knowledgeable, very honest about not being the lowest price but the level of customer service and warranty convinced us American Pavers was the way to go! He worked with our timetable, was on-site to ensure everything was going as planned and to our satisfaction. This company is about customer service and they excel at it! I would recommend them to anyone needing paver work."

"I called to have a lightbulb replaced that was 15 ft. high. David showed up and tried to sell me on other services other than what I called about. I told him no thank you and let's just focus on the light. He quoted me $225 for what amounted to about 5 minutes worth of work. I understand it involves a ladder but still unreasonable. He told me he would remove the $90 "trip charge" but I told him that was still too high and I wouldn't pay more than $70-$75. He went on and on about having to drive over an hour to my house and that he couldn't change the bulb for such a "low price". He then ended things by saying "well please keep us in mind for any future services you might have...", haha do you really think I'm ever going to call Mister Sparky again after that?? They turned down the job I called them for, do they think I would ever use them again after that? They literally turned down money I was going to pay them and rather make nothing. Shows their true business model and stay away!!"
