He began the job by carefully laying down a thick blanket on the stove top to prevent any damage to it. The job was completed perfectly in a short amount of time. "Called them out to repair my Frigidare freezer. on 11 Oct 25. They found the fan not working and said it's not in stock and had to order and it would not be available until 16 Oct 25. I paid $30 extra for it to be shipped sooner. They gave no updates and wouldn't answer their phone until 15 Oct 25. They came out on 16 Oct 25 and repaired the fan problem, but said he was too tired to check on the solenoid and clean the back of the freezer and said he would come out on 17 Oct 25 to complete the job. He never came out and never called to update me. I paid $481 for this service."

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
