Installed a new HVAC system working with us for a system that would fit our budget. You cant find this kind of work ethic nowadays. Preston worked hard got the job done even took on very difficult project of extending duct work into a extension of the home. Great job! Later we found our duct work had failed in the older part of the home. Preston made several and drew a few blue prints to find the best Logicool Solution and the most cost effective. Together we decided to move forward with the job that would be the most difficult for him to preform. He got the job done, charged us a price that was the same as the quote that he gave us for the less labor intensive project that had he done it that way would have saved him time and money, and cost us more in time and money. This is a Great contractor and we highly recommend Logicool.

Number one with any contractor is trustworthy and a close second communication. Logicool was also great at punctuality. They were extremely reasonable as well. My wife worked for an HVAC company in past and also noted they did not cut the regular corners with poor seal jobs and such. They obviously care about their work. I would definitely recommend them for future work in FL panhandle.
