"Superior Painting helped us understand the process needed for them to complete the job which included pressure washing the entire house, the decks, and front walk. They caulked where necessary, scraped loose paint, and spot primed where necessary. They applied two coats of paint to all surfaces. They applied a semi-solid stain to the cedar siding, a solid body stain for the trim and garage door, waterproofing paint to the stucco skirting of the house, and deck elasomaric paint with grit to the front walkway to help with traction. We were very happy with the results, and we made a few minor changes as the project progressed and were not charged any additional costs for the changes."
