This enhanced our already Blacklight airconditioning protection and Pelican water softner and Black Light water disinfection. The sales rep Josh and the crew of Dustin, Adam and Garrett were highly trained and proficient. I would do more if it was needed. Their office folks were kind and courteous. Bravo to all of them. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Windows from Zen are excellent looking double-pane windows at an affordable price (plus, I took advantage of an Angie's List special package deal).  A tremendous improvement over our existing bare aluminum windows. Everything was as-advertised and the windows had no damage or issues whatsoever.  The installers came when they said they would and the installation is neat and professional-looking.  I will call Zen when I get around to replacing other windows and doors.

"My primary contact was friendly, and usually responsive, though occasionally he was difficult to contact. I had initially expected the job to involve tearing out all windows down to the studs, and replacing the entire unit. Instead, they removed the glass, and installed an actual picture window, but left the existing sill and casing. I chalked this up to a miscommunication. What I was definitely not happy with at first, however, was that the technician initially installed the new windows ON TOP OF THE ROTTING WOOD. To their credit, when I contacted the project manager he had it fixed immediately. Also, the same technician repaired some rot under the eaves of my house, and repainted. He did a great job on the repair, but left drips of paint on the roof of a covered walkway below. I wouldn't rule out using them again, but these hiccups make it far from "Automatic" to call them back."
