"AG CONSTRUCTION did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results. Aaron was very polite and professional, he worked fast yet very efficient with notice to all details involved. He repaired all the dry rot underneath the front windows, cut my overgrown hedges back located right in front of the windows, power washed and painted all the exterior wood and trim on the house and hung new shutters for all front windows. If it were possible to give a rating higher than 5 I definitely would. I highly recommend AG CONSTRUCTION! Removing fence posts that are set in concrete is something you can't do by hand. You will need an excavator, a strong post-puller, or a jackhammer. If you plan on recycling the concrete base, you may be able to cut the post out with a jackhammer and then set the new post in the existing base. However, it's usually better to remove both the fence post and concrete together. Due to the weight of concrete, you will need a hydraulic removal tool.

Glass fences are extremely strong. You can drop 10mm thick tempered glass on concrete and it wouldn't break. Considering that certain types of glass are bulletproof, glass has the capacity to be exceptionally durable and resistant to breaking. Certain types of glass, like laminated glass, are designed to not shatter at all, but rather break into giant pieces.

Clean regularly, inspect for rust, and tighten loose hardware to extend its lifespan.

In the vast majority of cases, chain-link fences are less expensive than wood fences. Installing a wood fence costs anywhere from 20% to 30% more than a chain-link fence, or an average of $3,100, whereas a similarly sized chain-link fence will average around $2,400. Even with add-ons and additional protective finishes, a chain-link fence is very likely to cost you less than a wood fence. The only exception would be a split rail wood fence, which can cost about half the price of a chain-link fence or less.
