"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

On the day of install the team tape off our non-work areas to reduce dust and vacuumed up each day when they finished. There was an error in ordering the doors and they were not able to install them for 5 weeks. When this error was noticed, prior to leaving, Nick and the Team made sure all cabinets and drawers were usable so we could put everything away and use all the features. Lee kept us posted on the doors and when they arrived Nick and the team promptly came over and installed them. The paint colors on the doors matched perfectly with everything else.
