They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. "The plumber told me that in order to put the collars on the house he would need to take out some of the stucco to get to the water pipes. He said the hole would be approx the size of the bottom of a 2 liter coke bottle, it was actually a little smaller. He also said that in this charge of 340.00 it would include patching the stucco to make it look as close to the original as possible. 
After the work was finished he told my wife that he was through and she pointed out the holes in the side of the house below each faucet, he stated that I should probably fill them with something. She said that she wanted them filled so he went to the hardware store and purchased a can of spray foam to fill them with.
I spoke to him after I arrived and told him I wanted the stucco put in the holes, he said he would come back the next day and do that. I also asked him to bring a cap for the sewer clean out and a flapper for the toilet that wasn't working properly. He completed the work the next day and gave my wife a bill for 140.00 for the work. The largest portion of the work was supposed to be included in the original price. He would not acknowledge that he had told each of us originally that he would fill these holes with stucco after doing the work.

"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."

"I thought I had a sewer pipe break because I had a continual wet spot in the carpet and had no other pipes in that area. Holland ran a camera through the pipe but found no breakage. Then he started asking me about possible sources for the leak. Of course, being an 'expert' I said there was no way the water was coming from anything in the kitchen because I had already checked that so he went to the dishwasher and stuck his little finger in the crack between the cabinet and the dishwasher and sure enough, it was wet! Evidently the water was seeping under the kitchen tiles, running about 15 feet and coming up in the den carpet. I couldn't see the leak shining a flashlight on that spot. Note to self: Stop diagnosing problems and let the experts do it!"
