I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result."

They have done thiongs for us ever since the covid started. They have been doing the carpet for three years. They have been doing the building sanitation. They are very professional and very promt. If they are unsure about a certain stain coming out, they would point it out. A child spilled grape juice and that's the only thing they can't take out.
