I explained what I wanted, and he said he was able to do the work. He worked with me to schedule a time that was convenient for me. He came over and within 30 minutes, he was able to install new tack strip and tuck carpet to tile for clean transitions in both closets. The cost was very reasonable. Very professional, accommodating, and polite."

I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result."
