"Thank you for the great feedback. We strive to be thorough, efficient, honest, and upfront with all our work and pricing. We appreciate your business and will always make sure your generator is ready to run when you need it."
"Thank you for the kind words and feedback. We work hard to be the best in this area, especially when it comes to rewiring houses without damage to the walls and ceilings. It's very difficult to have a crew working every day in an occupied dwelling for over a week without being be a burden on the occupant. In certainly takes several years of experience rewiring houses to be able to do that. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again should you ever need any more electrical work in the future."
"Thank you very much for saying that. It makes us all proud to be part of the company when we get great reviews on our hard work. It's not easy rewiring an existing house when all the walls and ceilings are completely closed up and painted without any damage. My guys always go the extra mile it takes to get wires pulled without cutting holes in the sheetrock. We appreciate your business."
"Thank you for the good review we appreciate your business"
"We hear that from customers all the time. Especially when it's after normal business hours. A lot of companies in Pensacola will advertise 24 hour Emergency service, yet only a handful of them will actually answer the phone or return your call after hours. We thank you for your business"
"As soon as the homeowner notified us of the issue I looked up the job and contacted her. We actually did [Member Name Removed] partial rewire in December 2016 replacing the 120 volt branch circuit aluminum wiring to the outlets, lights, fans and wall switches only. Our contract strictly states that it does not include any larger 240 volt circuits as they are allowed to remain for insurance standards and not part of the contract. We also utilized the existing breaker panel that had already been replaced by someone prior without [Member Name Removed] permit. When I called the owner she did not want to hear anything I had to say what so ever. I even told her I would come take care of the situation 3 years later for free even though it had nothing to do with our work. She didn’t want to hear that. She said she wants the entire $10,000 from the job back because of this. This old wire was still connected to [Member Name Removed] breaker in the existing panel, hence it was laying up there hot like that for who knows how long and my guys could have actually gotten hurt while working up there in her attic. Since it was connected to [Member Name Removed] breaker and turned on we had all reason to believe that it was still in use and feeding [Member Name Removed] 240 volt appliance somewhere. If my guys did see it there is no doubt in my mind they would have removed it. We did not want to disturb your insulation any more than necessary as you was already worried about it during the job. [Member Name Removed] lot of things could have taken place in three years. After we finished the job you were very satisfied with the work. It certainly does not sound like you want [Member Name Removed] resolution, but would rather point fingers and hold someone responsible. Our work was also inspected by the county inspector and signed off as [Member Name Removed] safe and complete installation. I have even offered to pay the ridiculous $350 bill to another electrical company to take 5 minutes to pull the wire out of the breaker panel that we had nothing to do with and was not in our scope of work. I really do not know what else I can do at this point. I am glad that nobody got hurt."
