Amazing company and even more amazing employees! My generator broke and within hours of me calling, the guys were here working to fix the problem after hours. They had to come out on two different occasions with different parts to completely fix but never required me to place follow up calls and on both occasions, they were here working late into the night! First class company and will never use anyone else!

The two gentlemen who came to our home did an outstanding job. They let us know what was wrong, and what repairs were needed, and what they performed. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and kept us in the loop as to what they had to repair on the generator. We were pleased with their work.

Besides the fair pricing, I couldn't imagine any company giving better service than Selectricity, from the initial quote to the completion of the job, Selectricity had excellent responsive communication, the wiring installation crew was always on time, courteous, efficient and professional. Our house was built partially in 1960 and the other part in 1980, and the new roof was built over the original roof. It wasn’t electricians nightmare, but Selectricity was fabulous. The workers were knowledgeable, hardworking, and beyond polite. The electricians worked tirelessly in the hot attic, and had to spend extra days at the house to complete the work. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The estimator and office staff were very customer oriented and followed through with support and flexibility. The price was better than we could ever have imagined! We would be making a mistake if we went to anyone else ever. You cannot go wrong by using Selectricity; they are the best!

Perfect! Unlike so many businesses today, when I called they answered! A few minutes later I was contact by an appointment/scheduler person. Then right on time the electrician showed up , did his work and explained to me in lay terms how to “ switch over” in the event of power failure. I can’t praise this company enough. You have my business from now own and you can bet that I’ll spread the good word on y’all!

"I really apologize we had an office girl that was supposed to be responding to all the leads through Angie's list and calling to schedule free on site estimates. I found out she was not always calling or responding to them as well as several other aspects of her job that were not getting completed. Unfortunately she was good at hiding the issues and I did not find out until after I terminated her employment. I now have another office girl handing this task and it's been much better and will not happen again should you decide to give us another chance to earn your business."

We could not work due to the home office not having any wall outlets that worked. Was not a breaker issue. Could not rectify ourselves. Very stressful to say the least. I called and talked to Ms. Charity who was very understanding and had someone out to the house very quickly, same day. The men wore masks due to COVID, were very polite and professional. They troubleshot the issue, located the problem and had us back up and running within an hour of arrival. I will always use Selectricity for my electrical needs. Could not ask for better service! Call them, you will not be sorry!

Woke up, mid morning to find all the electronics in my house that was more than 110 v not working in my home and power to other things going in and out. Called Selectricity late afternoon about the problem. They offered an after hours appointment the same day. I opted for the next morning. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable and they had all the parts needed to complete the job with them, so no waisted time leaving for parts. Full power was restored to my house by early afternoon. Estimate price was the price I paid no extra fees tacked on.
