By Dec 2024, I was pressing for a start date. However, my cabinets were never purchased. I was told there was a cost discrepancy & I would need to pay another $4K before they would order them. I challenged this since I had already purchased the sink, faucet, and hardware the contractor was supposed to supply. Nothing ever happened, and Nate (project manager) stopped responding. In Jan 2025, I requested a contract cancellation & deposit refund. I was offered a partial refund contingent upon my signing a statement that the cancellation was based on mutual agreement, willingly, and without coercion. I filed a complaint with the FL DPBR since their conduct violated FL Statute §489.126. I also hired an attorney to get my money back from this company. Their business practices are very shady. BEWARE!"
