"I purchased my home in April 2024 never expecting concerns that were brought to my attention by a friend who happen to look at the electrical panel and suggested I contact an licensed Electrican for an evaluation to check the safety & stability of the electric system to the home. I had requested 4 individual contractors, all agreed there were areas of concern ranging from upgrading some of the wiring to the electric panel & other necessary changes. I ultimately decided to use A1 electrical contractors and I couldn't be happier/relieved. I did. From the moment they arrived at the property, one of the owners explained they were a family business dedicated to their customers, and it didn't take me long to know that was a fact. He was enthusiastic driven, and showed genuine interest. In the work that needed to be done here He didn't beat around the bush. He was very honest and although it was the last thing I wanted to hear after just buying the house, I knew I had no choice, but to go with the work , who ever I decided on. The price quoted me was in the middle, Not near the highest, but not the lowest either, but still fair, and with a trust level I felt early on that I didn't necessarily feel with the others & we went with them. They carved out two weeks for the job and we had to relocate to a hotel,, They were able to finish the job less than a Week. I can't express the piece of mind. I have knowing that the issues have been fixed and my home is now electrically sound. & up to code. From the day, i met the guys from this awesome family business, I knew they were the right company for our job and they were. I can't recommend highly enough!!!"

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

"Got the job done correctly. Also they were open and attentive to questions. Thought they were a bit inflexible with cost of project, initially quoting $1500 instead of $350 because chosen location for outlet was 10 feet instead of 5 feet from electric panel. I’m no expert but this seemed an unreasonable price difference for a few feet of cable. To resolve the issue I had them place the outlet closer to the panel."

"PS: they have good prices on high quality materials, not like the wood sold in Home Depot, they have good stuff.
They were doing the demo while the wood was being acclimated. We decided not to stay in the property during those days because demo can be a little bit messy. So, we stayed in a hotel. We passed by the worksite from time to time to take a look at things and we also were in constant communication with Hector. Everything went great! They cleaned everything after the demo and were ready to start the installation. OMG when we got back after the weekend, they had already done the entire first floor and it was awesome. The floor was just sunning. The project took about 15 days to be completed, so they work pretty fast. We are very pleased with the amazing work and the floors. We couldn?t be happier. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
