I was greeted with a polite smile along with a pleasant and professional attitude by him. After, we discussed several job projects (trash can area , circular high rise centerpiece for front yard, walkway to mailbox, enclosed wall around fire pit, and a L-Shaped wall to house a grill on the outside patio) I was pleased with our conversation especially after he showed photos of their work, the job comes with a 1 year warranty, and reassuring the work would be done in a timely manner. "Project went very well. The employees moved all the furniture out of the room before starting and removed the old carpet and tack strips. They tested the concrete stain we chose in a closet area to be sure it was what we wanted. They moved all the furniture back once the sealer was dry, even installed felt pads on the bottom of each piece of furniture as they moved it back into the room."

"Green Matters is either too busy or understaffed. It took MONTHS for the work to be done. Further, while eventually the work was mostly completed, to include replacement of SOME of the plants that did not survive, there is still remaining “warranty” work that I have simply given up on being done. That said, I really like the owner personally, and as poor as this recent experience has been, I also used Green Matters in prior years with superb results. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made. And for that to be acceptable, I would require the work to be done with only a very small upfront payment."
