They tested the concrete stain we chose in a closet area to be sure it was what we wanted. They moved all the furniture back once the sealer was dry, even installed felt pads on the bottom of each piece of furniture as they moved it back into the room."

"Green Matters is either too busy or understaffed. It took MONTHS for the work to be done. Further, while eventually the work was mostly completed, to include replacement of SOME of the plants that did not survive, there is still remaining “warranty” work that I have simply given up on being done. That said, I really like the owner personally, and as poor as this recent experience has been, I also used Green Matters in prior years with superb results. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made. And for that to be acceptable, I would require the work to be done with only a very small upfront payment."
