"Thanks! Customer Son told me not to drill a hole in the wall. They had someone to do that. Conflict between Mother and Son. Not Reliable Services. System works great Customer was very happy. The only professional issue is an outlet in the wall. This matter was resolved. Reliable Services saved her lawn and now it looks great."
month. The service started out pretty good for the money, but then
throughout the years, went to very poor quality of work. The
communication and follow up from the owner was not good. The invoices
were not professional and not itemized, making difficult to know what we
were paying for.
"Reliable Services, LLC has been providing services for this company for approximately over six(6) years not because Reliable Services was doing a poor job but because Reliable Services enhanced the curb appeal second to none. It is DISINGENUOUS by this company to make these false statements after they asked Reliable Services to give them a proposal to improve the property which was not part of the original contract. Reliable Services, at no time ever communicated about how their invoices looked. Reliable Services do NOT know why they was terminated nor any communication with anyone whatsoever. In fact, no company would keep you around for doing such a dissatifying job for many years. Reliable Services, went the extra mile beyond the contract to improve the image of this business. FACT: Reliable Services, has received alots of business from people that worked there and from customers that went by this property and saw how nice it looked. Reliable Services, has no idea what and why this company written such a dishonest review. That is not why they kept paying for the services. Without a doubt, Reliable Services was told year after year on how happy they was with the services. Whenever, they did have a concern we met discuss the matter and if there ever was a problem it was corrected immediately. For example: This company had an emergency water main break in which their roadway was caving in and sidewalk. Reliable Services, worked all weekend to repair it and during business hours kept the employees water source going for a couple of days without any problems. Reliable Services, appreciate this company for their business over the years. Reliable Services, is forever grateful anyway. Thanks!"
"Customer was satisfied for what we did do. However, if you read the review, we did more than what Angies List offered the customer. We still got an unfair review. See Angies List Contract for tune up only. It clearly states we do not do any repairs. We helped him anyway. Customer was confused and went out purchasing all sorts of parts and wanted us to repair it for free."
"Customer was satisfied when services was rendered. It is very unclear what the customer is talking about. Customer did not mentioned no where in his review what Reliable Services did not do nor how he was rude or anything. This is because The Customer made a mistake and confused our company with someone else. We forgive the customer and appreciate the services."
When I didn't hear from them, I called them on Wednesday, August 13th. I was confused at first, because the phone was not answered like a business, but just with "Hello?" When I asked, he said that he was "Mr. Davis," the owner of Reliable Services.
I told him that I was calling about the "Big Deal" service, and he claimed that he had my name, and was just getting things ready to start calling people for their service. I asked him if we could schedule it then, since I was already on the phone with him. He said he would be happy to come for the service on Monday, 18 August, but he didn't know what time. He said he would call me on Friday, 15 August, to arrange a time, reconfirmed my phone number, and asked me for my address. I told him, and gave him a rough idea of where the house is.
No call came on the 15th, and no visit came on Monday the 18th. I called on Friday the 22nd, and again he said he would be by on Monday (the 25th, today), and he asked for my address again. I told him and I asked what time to expect him. He said he didn't know. I asked him to call me on Monday so that I would know when he would be there, and reconfirmed my phone number.
Today, at noon, not having heard from him, I called him. I asked when he would be by, and he said he was just about getting ready to head out in my direction, and, by the way, where did I live again? I told him yet again, and he was confused. He said he thought I lived in a different city. I told him that I live NEAR that other city, but in a different one. He said he thought he could be here by 4:00 pm.
I told him that I had an appointment that meant I had to leave no later than 3:30. At first, he said he wouldn't be able to come, but then he asked if I would be around until 3:00. I said he needed to arrive by 3 in order to finish the work before I left at 3:30. He said it would be no problem, and he would call me when he got into the area.
At 1:15, he phoned me. He said he wouldn't be able to get to my house before 3:15, and since that wouldn't be enough time, he'd need to reschedule.
At this point, I believe that Reliable Services may be one of the most inappropriately-named businesses I've dealt with. I was not impressed with his demeanor on the telephone, his failure to contact me to make appointments, his failure to keep appointments made, or his last minute cancellation.
I have requested a refund of this deal.
The service provider did show up but told me that I would need at least $600.00 worth of work. I already paid the $50.00 and got absolutely nothing out of it. We discussed different things and he was very nice but I don?t have the money to invest in the sprinkler system right now. The Big Deal details was confusing to me.
"I did show up. Thats how she knows the price. Customer wanted alots of repairs for free. I am getting bad reviews because of the customers is not understanding what they purchased. Some customers already have all the parts waiting to be repaired. I have done several yards free of charge to satisfy the customer.. Not any more. Thanks"
He was supposed to get back with my on discussing fixing some of our problem areas and some of the landscaping issues we had. I never heard anything back., and it has been almost a month. He originally scheduled us for the morning and then confused us with another customer and mixed our times up so I was not home and he dealt with my spouse. I called that evening and he told me some of the issues but have not heard from him since. I never received an invoice or anything saying actually what was done, no email no invoice, nothing. Like a previous review, I am not sure what I actually paid for. I understand this was a "tune up" but I never received recommendations on how to tune up the system. The whole reason we paid for this service was calibrating sprinklers is challenging and I wanted a professional to help me with the issues and poor watering issues we were facing. I am not sure what I received from this service if anything at all outside of a $49 charge and I have waited patiently for recommendations with no such contact.
"Please correct your review. We have alots of work and people on waiting list. I explained in details that your system was inoperative. We did not come there for more work. In fact, your purchase was for a tune up only and not repairs. It was quite disingenious to suggest otherwise. Me and your husband discussed the history and the problems in details. Only the left side came up briefly. You cannot tune up a system that does not work. Reliable Services did beyond what was required. You cannot repair that whole system for $49.95 that is totally unreasonable. I suggested that we could cap some of them but was told not to worry about it. This is different than what your review stated and is not true."
