The only professional issue is an outlet in the wall.This matter was resolved. Reliable Services saved her lawn and now it looks great."

We have used this company since 2009-2014, for several properties per
month. The service started out pretty good for the money, but then
throughout the years, went to very poor quality of work. The
communication and follow up from the owner was not good. The invoices
were not professional and not itemized, making difficult to know what we
were paying for.

"Reliable Services, LLC has been providing services for this company for approximately over six(6) years not because Reliable Services was doing a poor job but because Reliable Services enhanced the curb appeal second to none. It is DISINGENUOUS by this company to make these false statements after they asked Reliable Services to give them a proposal to improve the property which was not part of the original contract. Reliable Services, at no time ever communicated about how their invoices looked. Reliable Services do NOT know why they was terminated nor any communication with anyone whatsoever. In fact, no company would keep you around for doing such a dissatifying job for many years. Reliable Services, went the extra mile beyond the contract to improve the image of this business. FACT: Reliable Services, has received alots of business from people that worked there and from customers that went by this property and saw how nice it looked. Reliable Services, has no idea what and why this company written such a dishonest review. That is not why they kept paying for the services. Without a doubt, Reliable Services was told year after year on how happy they was with the services. Whenever, they did have a concern we met discuss the matter and if there ever was a problem it was corrected immediately. For example: This company had an emergency water main break in which their roadway was caving in and sidewalk. Reliable Services, worked all weekend to repair it and during business hours kept the employees water source going for a couple of days without any problems. Reliable Services, appreciate this company for their business over the years. Reliable Services, is forever grateful anyway. Thanks!"

"Customer was satisfied for what we did do. However, if you read the review, we did more than what Angies List offered the customer. We still got an unfair review. See Angies List Contract for tune up only. It clearly states we do not do any repairs. We helped him anyway. Customer was confused and went out purchasing all sorts of parts and wanted us to repair it for free."

He was on his phone the entire time. He never listened to us about the system. Very rude and a terrible experience.

It took a bit of time to pin down a date but some of that was due to being restricted in the times I could be present at home due to work. He did everything that was expected which was a sprinkler system check up. He made some recommendations on how to improve the system. I felt I got the services I was expecting.

UPDATE: While the contractor did an ok job with what we had originally worked out, now that the winter has come and gone, I've found more problems with the service. Before the cold temperatures set in, I tried to winterize my sprinkler system. The problem is that the owner's manual is poorly written with no guidance on winterization, and for this particular pump model, the company did not have any resources online to help with the situation either (to be expected if the owner's manual is lacking.) I was able to shut off the water to the sprinklers, and believed I had drained the pump. I tried getting ahold of the contractor to confirm if I had properly winterized the system, but all attempts at contact were unresponsive. In the end, my pump ended up cracking, and now I have to replace the pump. I will not be using this provider again.

Very well, the system is running fine. As far as I can tell the job was completely successful. He came out looked at the coverage I had said it was good. We talked about one sprinkler head that had been broken with the mower and another that wasn't popping up as it should. He said the timing unit was an old one and he was not sure how to set it, but that was not the problem I wanted addressed anyway, I can work it. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend Reliable Services to anyone needing sprinkler repair.

He was supposed to get back with my on discussing fixing some of our problem areas and some of the landscaping issues we had. I never heard anything back., and it has been almost a month. He originally scheduled us for the morning and then confused us with another customer and mixed our times up so I was not home and he dealt with my spouse. I called that evening and he told me some of the issues but have not heard from him since. I never received an invoice or anything saying actually what was done, no email no invoice, nothing. Like a previous review, I am not sure what I actually paid for. I understand this was a "tune up" but I never received recommendations on how to tune up the system. The whole reason we paid for this service was calibrating sprinklers is challenging and I wanted a professional to help me with the issues and poor watering issues we were facing. I am not sure what I received from this service if anything at all outside of a $49 charge and I have waited patiently for recommendations with no such contact.

It was not well. He did very little. He offered to make some repairs over substantially lower than I was able to do by myself so I would not use him again. He didn't do much and the prices that he quoted for repair were extremely high.

We started by checking Angie's List for someone to redo our lawn irrigation. We noticed that Reliable Services had an A rating, so we gave them a call. We were very pleased when they came right out since we were in a bit of a time crunch. We let them know to use our old timer. So once they were finished and everything was covered back up, the owner, Tyrone, told us the timer was bad. So we took his word for it. Next we were checking all of the sprinklers and noticed some were not where they were supposed to be. When we asked why, he said, "well i asked your mom and she said to put them here." FYI....my mother doesn't even live here and just stopped by. He had never met her and she definitely was NOT who hired them! He then said he could move them for $150 more! I was sooo mad i did not want to give them $1.00. So after paying $1400.00, I preceded to go dig the trenches back up and redo 4 of the sprinklers and put them where they were supposed to be so the sod we intend to lay will live. After I finished with that I went and bought a new timer since Tyrone said my current one was broken which is why it only works manually. I install the new timer.....NOTHING! So I call Reliable and Tyrone comes out, only to tell me that they chose to use all of my old wiring, which is BAD! Nothing about wiring was ever discussed!! They said they could fix it for us for $$$. Obviously, RELIABLE SERVICES will NEVER get another cent from us!! And i highly reccommend you not wasting your time or $$ on them either!

The work was to replace some rotten boards on a deck. The work was not finished. Tyrone's son replaced deck boards that were rotten but the threshold under the door that had to be removed in order to replace boards was left out. I asked the son replace the threshold and he said he would, but when Tyrone came to collect for the work he said that the threshold did not fit. he said that I would have to take care of that. This is a problem! The house is a rental and I will have to hire someone else to complete the work or leave it unfinished. At the price I paid him you would think he would finish the work.

Tyrone showed up at the time promised. He immediately got to work and completed the work in a timely manner. He provided me some suggestions on improving the appearance of my lawn. Since I can't rely on it to rain consistently here, I guess I need to run the sprinkler system more. Guess I will trade a higher water bill for a nicer yard.

Tyrone installed and fixed everything exactly as he said he would. When he began the installation of the brand new sprinkler heads in the area where there was previously none, he called his crew and about 5 guys showed up. They worked hard and got the job done. By the time they left our sprinkler system was working better than it has since we've lived in this house (3 years).
I would recommend these guys in a heart beat and if I have any further irrigation needs or landscaping needs for that matter, I will most certainly be calling Reliable Services back. They were awesome!

I checked the Better Business Website and found Reliable Services, LLC with an A+ rating. I called and Tyrone showed up that day, diagnosed the problem in five minutes and fixed it the next day for exactly what he quoted me. Turned on the system and it worked better than it ever had in the past. I had Hines lawn service"fix" my lawn sprinkler system when I purchased my home in 2008. I authorized $300.00 worth of work and they sent a bill for $1000+ Tyrone was honest, showed up when he said he would, charged what he said he would and it was very fast service. Business card says he does Sod, Hauling, Pumps, Fencing, Concrete, Tree Service, Decks, Professional outdoor lighting, state certified pest control and entomology. I will be calling Tyrone again!
