He has done two jobs for me at one time, due to he had to pull the toilet up from the floor, and afterward finishing the floor. he had to put the commode back in place and he put a new wax ring on that for me so it wouldn't leak again. On top of that, Mr. Jon left my bathroom very, very sparkly, And his price was very reasonable to whereby I am having him do other work in my home. Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting.
