Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting. He also installed exterior floodlights on existing electrical boxes, rebuilt and reinstalled a storm-damaged wood shutter and worked on several interior doors that were not working satisfactorily. "Mr Masters is very responsive and answers questions promptly via text, phone call or email even answering questions while out of town on vacation. His stucco crew are first rate craftsman. I am highly scrutinous of work performed on my home and I can say that these guys are impressive. I had about 250 -300 sq feet of badly damaged stucco. 3 days total work to repair, reband windows, chimney and door. The painting crew is as expected. The did not make a mess, cleaned their mess up. Prompt , professional and painted my entire 2500 sq foot home in 3 days. 2 coats. All in all Id think for the work I had done in the timely manner in which it was performed that it was worth every penny paid."

"I can't say enough good things about Jeff! I called him after hearing critters in the attic and he came to my house a few hours later. He found a mother raccoon and her babies and was able to get them out as well as catching a few armadillos (in the yard, overnight) in the process. First Job - Dec 2015

I contacted Royal Painting initially to handle wood rot repair. I hired them to replace wood rot on front face of the garage. They removed rotting wood, replaced with pressure washed wood and painted trim. In addition, they pressure washed my driveway and the entire house. I never had the house pressure washed and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It brighten up the entire exterior. Lastly, the team cleaned out the gutters that were loonnngggg over due for a cleaning.

Overall the work for the first job lasted over a course of 4 days.

Second Job - Feb 2016

The pressure washing on the home revealed further wood rot on different areas of the house. They returned to replace wood rot on the front of the house above the porch and back of the house on the second story. The foremen was able to match the new paint with existing paint perfectly. It definitely helped that the house was pressure washed previously.

Overall the work for the second job took 3 days to complete (not counting days delayed to the rain). 

REHIRE ? - Yes, I am already thinking of hiring the team for interior work ( remove wall paper, paint, tile replacement )
