I own a lawn business and always call them, very prompt and do fantastic work!

After I had posted on Angi my bad experience with Window Rite, Markus called to make an appmt for a tech to come by and install my original lower window panel, which he said had been found in their warehouse and which he said had been totally "re-glassed/insulated". Tech came 2 days later, August 25, 2023. He had trouble removing the bad (incorrect model) panel that had been installed March 22, 2023 and, therefore, Markus rushed over to my house and both of them removed the bad replacement, which also had started to fog up. They did a perfect install of my original (now repaired) panel - it looks good and works well. So all is well that ends well. Just wish it had been more amicable and business like from the start, without me having to write a bad review to change their attitude.

I hired HomeRite to replace the fogged glass in some 40 year old windows. I'm getting my late parents' house ready to sell and some of the windows were in bad shape. Rich, who did the estimate, and Brian, who did the installation, were both very personable. HomeRite had the best quote of the 3 companies I contacted. Rich was quite knowledgable about the window manufacturer (who has been out of business for some time) and told me where I could purchase replacement parts locally. The estimators from the 2 other companies had no idea who the manufacturer was. Brian did a wonderful job with installation of the new glass and took great care cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely use HomeRite again.

The Home-Rite team did a great job. Two windows were delivered with manufacture defects but the problems were taken care of promptly. Price was good and window quality was good also. Would definitely hire again to replace remaining windows.

It looks beautiful. The first door was damaged so they had to order another. It took longer to complete because of this but not their fault. I’m glad we got it done because it added curb appeal! They did a great job!

It took a few weeks last longer than I was quoted the company did a solid job my only suggestion is is you’re going to be 1-2 weeks longer than quoted it would be better to call the customer and get in front of the delay. There’s no good reason I should be chasing the company to find out what’s up 10 days later. Especially when you’re under a sales contract and need the work done prior to inspection.

The process went well. I will definitely use them for any additional services I may need. It was great to find a company that was actually willing to on!y replace one window.

I previously wrote a review of HomeRite because I had some challenges scheduling some work at my home. I was contracted by Gates one of the co-owners of the company and he was very apologetic. He personally came to the house and he did not think the water intrusion was due to a window but rather the way the windows had been installed and the flashing. He was right! He also recommended a local contractor Dean Russell and his firm has done an excellent job removing most of the stucco from my home and replacing rotten wood. I am grateful to Gates and to HomeRite for making no sure I really got the problems fixed. He could have just sold me a-lot of new windows.

We just hired Homerite for the second time, and our experience was even better than the first. The lead installer, Donnie, and his able assistants were highly professional, courteous, on-time and conscientious. Our demands are simple: solid, reasonably-priced products installed by people that we don't mind sharing our home with for a couple of days. Our sales guy, Pete, keeps it simple and doesn't hound you to death. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Homerite to anyone in the Jacksonville area.

We hired HomeRite Windows and Doors to replace the glass in our windows that were cracked by Hurricane Irma. The staff were pleasant to work with. They were professional and prompt. It did take a little longer than expected to get the glass in, but that isn't controlled by the company. The state has been inundated by glass replacements due to the hurricane, so the extra time was understandable. (I hope I don't need them again, but if I do,) I would definitely hire them again.

After they installed my windows previously, they did such a good job that I hired them again. The work was exceptional and they left home in the same clean condition they found it in. The salesman was quite personable and the install team was professional.

Everything went very smoothly, from the initial introduction to the jump frame window to final installation, we were very happy with the entire process. He explained what the jump frame window was and what to expect with the installation process. We got the windows ordered and they came in and installed as promised. The installation crew was fantastic! They were professional and cleaned everything up after they left.

Excellent work preformed.

I recently had my front door replaced and I can honestly say that it is the best service I have ever received. I have gone to other Windows and Door companies in the past and Homerite left them in the dust. With their great customer service, friendly staff, and great prices. The crew showed up on time and ready to work, they were in and out and cleaned up within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend Homerite to everyone.

My husband and I can not say enough great things about Homerite Windows and Doors. Everyone, who we have worked with, has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. The day we were getting our windows replaced the crew showed up right on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were finished. Since replacing our windows, we have seen a huge improvement in our engery cost and the overall temperature inside the house. Also since replacing our windows, our neighbors stop and ask, who replaced our windows, and without hesitation, we say Homerite Windows and Doors!!! It worked out excellent. We already noticed a difference with the heating/cooling in our home. The windows are awesome and our neighbors have given us compliments as well. They are knowledgeable, professional and their install staff was also professional.

Was not all fixed on the same day, come to find out window panes can't be replaced on wet days. I was told the glue does not dry. They did a quick and fast job on repairing the windows that did not slide. Had to come back on a dry day for two window pane repairs.

Super! On September 21, 2016 the new panel was delivered. Old panel was removed and new panel installed. Only cost was for removal of old panel and installation of new. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Fair. I requested a "coastal package" which uses stainless steel rather than corroding metals due to living close to the ocean. Despite efforts in that direction, the windows I received had regular screws. They replaced the screws that were easy to get to, but some are hard to get to and I'm stuck with those. Everyone was very nice, but they were unable to deliver what I wanted and requested. The final product looks fine and this point but corrosion is a huge problem at the beach and if I'd have known what I would end up with, I'd have gone to a big name company that carries the product with the coastal/stainless steel screws and fittings.
