Shore -Up’s bid was competitive but the super helpful staff that seem to love the company sealed the deal for me. Lifting a house up is a big expensive but necessary job. Its a tough decision that has no vanity pay off like a new paint job or kitchen remodel. I really appreciate their staff particularly Clay, Wade, Zach, & Adlai. They kept me informed throughout the process. They rescued my old home and treated it with care. I feel confident recommending this company to anyone on the fence about raising or stabilizing a foundation. They are genuine Home Savers that care about the quality of their work and treat the people they help with respect. "

When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."
