    Very Well, they went beyond what i was expecting and did a wonderful job, The guys were very polite and explained every step as things went along. The wrought iron furniture and wooden rocker (over 100 yrs old - made by my Granddad) all look like new, The even shop vac the porch and garage to get all the saw dust removed, cleaned up all the scrapes and trash, They left everything cleaned up and looking like a show room.     This company far exceeded my expectations! They pressure washed the entire house before painting and fixed a couple of little cracks in the stucco. I got exactly what I wanted, with Matt answering all my (many) questions honestly. The house looks twenty years younger. We live in Sugarmill Woods, so the house had to be perfect. A great price, two coats of Sherwin Williams paint, things that needed to be moved were put back, and not a bit of debris was left. There is a waiting list, but our wait was just too weeks. The house looks new again. I am thrilled with the results! I would leave six stars if I could. Mark is an amazing painter who goes above and beyond for his customers. Very prompt and personable.     Horrible worst ever. There is now a county record saying there was a sinkhole inspection and repair. There was never a sinkhole never an inspection. A small piece of patio wall needed to be lifted so the roof would not come apart from the pool cage. Now I cannot get homeowners insurance and cannot sell my house. I was told multiple times when I asked that there would not be mention of a sinkhole with my insurance and no issues. They lied and lied and cost me a lot of money. Now they do nothing.     Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic.     there was a little rust on the glider so we wanted it powder coated to protect it. Since they sandblast, chemically pretreat and then powder coat, we assumed the rust would be gone and the item would be protected. Well, they don't warrant any item with rust after treatment, so after 1 + years, the rust come through the powder coating like gangbusters. If I had paid more attention to the warranty (any metal items are not warranted for rust) I would have forgone this and saved a lot of money. So if you don't have any rust on your item, you probably will be OK, but if you have any sign of rust don't do it. Chances are it won't protect it rusting later on
