"We recently had our backyard pavers installed by Arenan and his crew, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Arenan was incredibly easy to communicate with—very responsive, professional, and flexible when it came to scheduling and planning the project. His team was just as impressive—friendly, courteous, and always respectful of our home and space. They worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, and it really shows in the finished product. Our new back porch looks absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Arenan, for making this such a positive experience. We’re thrilled with the work and would highly recommend your services to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space!"

"I highly recommend Deco Pavers! I am extremely pleased with the work that Pete and his team had done. We had the entire driveway repaved and widened to accommodate 3 cars. The driveway and paths came out beautiful. Pete also worked with us to keep costs down. He made suggestions and did extra work that he and his crew did not have to do. His team of workers were always on time as well as being very courteous. They worked early morning until evening under the hot Florida sun. All were very conscientious and professional. The work was outstanding. You can't go wrong hiring this company."

"They just did a fantastic job on my landscaping and trimming. They are very professional and knowledgeable."

While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.
It might seem counterintuitive, but the best time to install a paver patio is during late fall to winter. The cold and wet weather of those seasons can help your patio installer perfect the foundation for your patio. Plus, you'll likely be able to find better sales and deals during the colder months when patio installation business is typically slower. Consult a local patio paver professional to determine the best time to install based on your area’s climate.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9 per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
A paver patio can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years, depending on the type of pavers and how well you maintain them.
Travertine pavers are usually the most durable, lasting 100 years or more, with regular maintenance. Concrete brick pavers have a variety of shapes and colors available and typically last 25 to 50 years. Traditional brick pavers have a more classic look, lasting around 20 years with proper maintenance.
The cost of a paver patio is $3,800 for a 280-square-foot patio on average. Depending on the patio size, paver material, and design complexity, this cost can range from $2,400 to $7,000 or more.
The size of your patio is a significant factor in the project’s overall cost. If you're building a smaller patio of only 60 square feet, your costs will be closer to $480 to $1,500. If you want a more luxurious 900-square-foot patio, you'll spend closer to $7,200 to $22,500.
