She measured everything carefully & gave me a close estimate of when the blinds & drapes would be completed. The installer did an excellent job. He was so thorough, meticulous & conscientious--you would think he was installing them in his own home. Everything was perfect except for one of the roman shades that didn't drape correctly. Carolyn ordered a replacement, but they were in the midst of moving to a new office so when it came in, they failed to follow up on replacing it until I called after a couple of months to see what was going on with it. The installer brought it out the next day and apologized profusely for the oversight. Other than that, it was a very positive experience and I am very pleased with the results."
