"Called Kenny and they were some busy with work from Helene. We had no air and Patrick came and told us what was wrong and did a work around till the new motor was ordered. Came back when part came in and had us up and running within an hour. We have always been very pleased with Cool Breeze. Kenny is always prompt with rerun calls. They were swamped with many calls and getting to their customers as soon as possible. Love this company."

"My air handler in my attic was leaking profusely and I believed it to be the fact that there was no drain in the drip pan. I, against my better judgement, called Velocity because they installed the unit 7 years ago. There was such a bad leak that part of my ceiling in my garage fell down, and the leaking continued. They sent a young man named Jason to check it out. He managed to find all kinds of "problems" with the system. He even checked the capacitator and determined that it needed to be replaced. I checked the part out online and it sold for $11.00. I was charged 359.00 for it. This company are complete crooks. I would not have called them in the first place and have been telling people for 7 years not to use them. I am a widowed senior citizen and I feel I have been taken advantage of. They should be ashamed of themselves but they obviously are not. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER!!! "
