This company Mr. Air is a way overpriced, I don’t recommend them, they charged me $789.00 for labor only, to replace my air conditioner motor fan and board, but after the work was done by Mr. Air Co. I checked with another company they said it would be $500.00 to compete that job. Also 3 weeks ago Mr. Air charged me $500 for freon only!!

"I'm sorry you feel this way, we went over pricing in the beginning and you agreed with it. Any company can come in after the fact and say they would do it cheaper. But you get what you pay for!"

Very well. The installers Nigel and Carlos were excellent. Professional, very competent technicians. Customer Service oriented and cleaned up after the job. They are the best.

Excellent. I have a maintenance service contract for my AC system. Techs are experienced, thorough & punctual for appointments. Everyone at Mr. Air is professional, knowledgeable and customer-oriented. I'm very happy with Mr. Air, plan on continuing with them & highly recommend them to everyone.

I was worried this visit was going to be a big, expensive thing so I was a little anxious when they arrived. OMG… no need for anxiety! They were so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I am so impressed. I will not hesitate to call Mr. Aur again. Great guys.

I have a contract with Air MD to come to my house twice a year. They have been coming every three months with maintenance issues with the drain clogging and the coolant running out. They even tried charging me for maintenance even though I was on contract with them. The front desk receptionist I called her today because my a/c was not pumping out any cool air and it was 96 degrees in my house. I have a medical issue that will send me to the hospital if i gets too hot and and I have two children 2 and 5 and I called this morning to see if they can squeeze me in and the woman said she had no appointments but she guessed she can ask and she would call me later. She did not seem to understand the seriousness of the situation and when I told her that it should just be replacement of coolant because I have been through this with them before she gave me attitude and said "MAM like I told you- our schedule is full with a huge amount of attitude". My hand was tremoring because the heat does this to me and out of fear that I would go to the hospital during COVID, I told her "just please have sympathy and be kind" and which she decided at that point to continue to rip at me like I was the bad guy for asking for an exception. I told her I wanted to cancel my service and she said "I would be HAPPY too" sarcastically and again with attitude. I asked her to cancel my contract and that I wanted to speak to the owner who is very nice and she said he will talk to you tomorrow... So, I called another air company who felt bad for me and they are coming over today. I understand they are busy but the way they spoke to me was so upsetting and I have been so sick for 6 months that their lack of compassion and understanding was the last straw for me.

Saw their van with logo locally and decided to call for an a/c annual checkup. They had a coupon on internet for a fall inspection. They arrived on time, their employee was pleasant and informative. He was efficient and honest which was greatly appreciated. The only issue was we initially called on Fall special at end of October, office staff would NOT take our name or setup appointment for November when deal started. They almost lost us as clients due to this less than helpful associate. Luckily we revisited and found a business we will likely revisit In future. The technician more than made up for the office staffs inability to help.

They were fabulous. He did a lot of work for me. He was very good and excellent. I would recommend him. He was here for four or five months. I called up and was going to have them. There was one guy in the company who was particularly good. He just really knows his work. He is not the owner but he is very good. He is a young guy and he is honest. I was going to have two humidistats installed. The neighbor next door had it and my husband and I were talking of having it but when we called Jeff he said he wouldn't do it. He said its money and there is more trouble than use. We gave him a lot of money, he did a lot of work but he was very honest.

They were very prompt about returning my call and coming out to look at the air conditioner. He tried to apply some Freon to try to fix the problem, but it was unsuccessful. Nevertheless, I appreciated his second opinion because I had difficulties with another company.
