Other stump was cleanup only and remove some of the wood chips. Very cautious with concrete areas. Put down plywood for protection on concrete and plants. I will always call Mr. Stump."

"When Mr. Street came to give the estimate, he handed my wife a business card and told her to write down the prices he quoted. When he showed up to do the job, he quoted a different price ($100 more)  I showed him what my wife had written down, and he said "no that can't be right." Since he was at the house, and I wanted the work done that day, I agreed to pay him $50 than I thought I was going to have to pay.  Mr. Street is a nice and personable man, however, his professionalism is in question.  He needs to provide an official quote rather than asking the customer to write down prices. This will avoid an awkward meeting with the customer, and give him repeat customers and a better rating!
