"Sergio and the entire Maya Logistic team did an outstanding job from start to finish. I was especially impressed with the precision and the attention to detail they put into making our octagon fire pit patio and walkway. Exceptional workmanship! Very satisfied and would highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again."

Customers say: Quick response

"Jimmie and his team turned my weed infested yard into a gorgeous and most importantly safe yard for my kids to play in. He also installed sprinklers and made garden beds around my deck. To say he just installed SOD is down playing all the work he did, trees were removed and the whole yard was leveled out. It turned out amazing and better then I could've pictured."

"The owner, who lives only a few miles came out and installed the electrical wires to my new master cool. He also hooked up the motor for me. The price was definitely right. He was knowledgeable and very polite. I will definitely use him again for any other electrical needs that I have. I am impressed with his work."

Fire Pit Installation questions, answered by experts

You don’t have to put smoke detectors in every room. At a minimum, though, there should be one on every level of your home, one in every bedroom, and one in the hallways outside the bedrooms. If you have a floor without bedrooms, place a smoke detector in the living room or next to any stairs that lead to an upper level. Attics and basements should also have at least one smoke alarm.

A spark arrestor is a simple metal mesh device that prevents flammable particles from escaping from a combustion source and causing a fire. You typically find these attached to gas or diesel engines on things like cars, generators, and garden tools (lawnmowers, chainsaws, etc.). Fireplace or wood-burning stove chimneys also have spark arrestors attached to or sitting under the chimney cap to capture burning embers.

After a house fire, you should not reenter your home unless the fire crew has told you it’s safe to do so. In the longer term, you should not attempt to make repairs to the house on your own. Professional crews are trained to clean up after a fire (including smoke and soot damage), dry out any water damage from the firefighter crews, and make the necessary structural, plumbing, and electrical repairs—and this is all likely covered by insurance.

The most common causes of kitchen fires are leaving cooking food unattended, frying food with excessive amounts of oil, and leaving flammable objects near the stovetop.

A chimney requires both a cover and a cap, but these parts often get confused with one another. A chimney cover seals the top of the chimney around the flue pipe to prevent water from entering the chimney. A chimney cap is a piece that sits above the flue to prevent animals, debris, and water from entering the flue.
