"Brian was on time, pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. He gave us an estimate for time and actually finished faster than estimated. When some of the items we purchased at Lowe's for him to install wouldn't work for our purposes, he was well-prepared with supplies on his truck and didn't open our packages, so that we could return them for a full refund. He checked out our water softener and could have sold us a new one, as we thought it was not working.
